Guided Product Thinking
Think better
before you decide.
Better Product Managers don't always have better answers.
They ask better questions.
“What features should we build?”

About
I'm Harshit Agarwal. I work as a Product Manager.
Most of my work has lived in Digital Lending — Customer Experience, Product Design, Product Operations. Ambiguous problems, mostly. The kind with no clean brief and three reasonable answers that contradict each other.
Over time I've come to believe Product Management is not, at its core, about frameworks. It's about product thinking — the discipline of slowing down at the exact moment everyone else is rushing to a solution, and asking what's really being decided here.
Outside work, I spend time on The Krishna Corner, a small personal project built around craftsmanship, decor, and unhurried attention to detail. It has quietly shaped how I think about product work — good things are crafted, not rushed. That patience shows up in how I approach decision making, whether it's a PRD, a roadmap, or a career choice.
I don't promise answers.
I promise better questions.
The Philosophy
“Better products don't begin with better ideas.
They begin with better questions.”
This isn't coaching. It isn't mentorship. It isn't consulting. It's guided thinking — the work of getting to a sharper question before you reach for an answer.
Who This Is For
For people with the zeal to improve — not the ones looking for a shortcut.
Interview Preparation
Not answer scripts. Practice reasoning out loud, under the same ambiguity real interviews create.
Resume Reviews
A resume read the way a hiring panel reads it — for judgment and impact, not keyword density.
PRD Reviews
Strong structure is easy. We look at the reasoning underneath it — what the doc assumes, and why.
Career Transition
For engineers, designers, and analysts moving into product — a clear-eyed look at where you actually stand.
AI for PM
How to use AI as a thinking partner in product work, without letting it think for you.
Product Thinking
The underlying skill beneath every framework — seeing a problem clearly before naming a solution.
How We Work
Three conversations. Not three deliverables.
Start with a conversation.
No forms, no framework quiz. Just a conversation about where you are and what you're actually trying to figure out.
Review your thinking.
We look at your reasoning, not just your output — the PRD, the resume, the answer — and where it holds up or breaks down.
Decide what's next.
You leave with a sharper question, not a to-do list. What you do with it is yours to decide.
Case Study
Problem
Strong frameworks.
Weak reasoning.
Outcome
Improved PRD.
Better structured thinking.
FAQ
Common questions.
Neither. Coaching and mentorship usually revolve around giving advice or tracking progress toward a goal you've already set. This is guided thinking — the work happens in how you reason through a problem, not in advice handed to you.
